Learning in Yellow Class
Yellow Class News – Growing and Performing!
This half-term, Yellow Class has been diving into the classic tale of Jack and the Beanstalk as part of our exciting topic on growing — and we’ve certainly been busy!
We kicked things off by planting our very own bean seeds, learning all about what plants need to grow. The children have been amazing little gardeners, carefully watering and checking their plants each day. Each child has now taken their plant home, and after everything they've learned, we’re confident they’ll be brilliant at looking after them!
Through storytelling, art, science, and hands-on planting, Yellow Class has explored how things grow, from tiny seeds to towering beanstalks.
And that’s not all! We’ve also started practising for our end-of-year performance. The children are already showing so much enthusiasm and creativity – we can’t wait to share it with you soon!
Watch this space – Yellow Class has lots more magic to come!
