Year 1 Trip to Stepney City Farm

Year 1 had a wonderful time during their recent visit to Stepney City Farm. The children were excited to explore the farm and learn about the many different animals that live there. They especially enjoyed seeing the goats, sheep and pigs, and were delighted to meet the two-week-old baby piglets, which quickly became everyone’s favourite! The children also loved visiting the rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, donkeys and ferrets, and were full of curiosity as they asked lots of thoughtful questions about the animals and how they are cared for. Throughout the day, the pupils demonstrated excellent behaviour, enthusiasm and excitement, making both staff and volunteers very proud. It was a fantastic hands-on learning experience and a lovely day enjoyed by all.
