Kensington PTA has started the new year on a creative and community-focused note with the successful launch of our Crochet Club. The club has already seen a warm and welcoming start through Coffee and Crochet for Kensington, bringing together families in a relaxed and friendly setting.
The club has a special focus on involving grandparents, particularly grandmas, who have valuable skills and experience to share. We are keen to encourage more grandparents to join us and help teach children the traditional and much-loved skill of crochet, while also enjoying time together across generations.

The Crochet Club runs every Friday from 3:30–4:30pm and is completely free. All crochet materials are provided, along with coffee and biscuits. Kindly funded by Newham council. Spaces are limited, so if you are interested in joining, please contact Mehnaz in the school office. We look forward to welcoming new faces to the club this term.
