Healthy Eating & Packed Lunch Guide for Families

Providing a healthy packed lunch helps children stay energised, focused, and ready to learn.

What Makes a Healthy Lunch?

Try to include:

  • Whole grains (wholemeal bread, wraps, rice, pasta)

  • Protein (eggs, chicken, tuna, beans, yogurt)

  • Fruit and vegetables

  • Water or milk

  • Support growth and development

Easy Healthy Swaps:

  • Chocolate bars → Fruit or yogurt
