Learning in Year 6

Y6M have been learning all about fossils and have shown great curiosity throughout the topic. They have explored new vocabulary such as palaeontology and learned how fossils are created and formed over long periods of time. The children also discovered how studying fossils has helped humans understand what life was like in the past and how living things have changed over time. To deepen their learning, Y6M made their own fossils in class, which helped them understand the process in a fun and hands-on way.
