Newsletter from Mr Levison

Dear Families.
As always, the end of the school year has arrived. It has been a real pleasure to be part of helping your children learn and develop and to do this in partnership with you. The school year is packed full and it is astonishing to look back to September and see how much has happened and how far your children have come.
Life is characterised by change. It is one of the key reasons we developed our Emotional Health curriculum. We all face change throughout our lives. What is important is how we deal with that. At the end of this year, all your children are facing changes - new teachers, new year groups, for some new schools. I am confident we have prepared them well to face these changes with resilience and positivity.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish our Y6 children all the best as they move on to secondary school. This is a really significant change and one that can be both exciting and nerve-wracking. I have every confidence they will thrive as they move on.
It is also a time when we say farewell to some of our team and I would like to wish all of those who are moving on the very best for their next challenge. As you know, this includes Ms Omole, who is moving to Ranelagh Primary School. Ms Omole has been at the school for 20 years and I know you will all join me in thanking her for this incredible service to the Kensington community. I know of no-one who more passionately puts what is best for your children at the heart of what they do every single day.
It is also time for me to move on. It has been a true honour and privilege to be able to work at this school with your children, our team and yourselves. I am deeply proud of what we have achieved together over my time here.
I wish you all health and happiness.
Mr Levinson
