The children have been enjoying their story We're Going on a Bear Hunt, and have been hard at work making displays for their classrooms, and around the school. They've been using a lot of their fine motor skills – painting, scrunching up paper, and sticking – with finesse, purpose, and focus. They've been carefully painting the entire canvas, they've maintained on task for the duration, and been careful with their application. They've also been working together on the same project in an enclosed space, which has been excellent for their social development. It's been wonderful to see their progress, and their application of their skills in a shared project.
