Hello from Yellow Class,

Yellow Class has embarked on an exciting journey with our new core book, Room on the Broom. Students are enthusiastically labelling the characters from the story, applying their phonetic skills to blend sounds effectively. 

To aid with retelling the story, we have been making character puppets, which are helping the children to communicate and embody the characters, adding an extra layer of engagement to our learning experience. 

In mathematics, we have been busy ordering numbers, reinforcing and consolidating our number knowledge from the last half term.

Additionally, we are thrilled to welcome two new students into our class! It has been heartwarming to see how welcoming and inclusive the children have been, showing the new joiners around and helping them feel at home.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic term ahead filled with learning and friendship!
